Terms of Service

OverBuild is operated by Mustafa and Husain. Public contact, listing notices and rights complaints: @mustafa_l53 or @husain_j53.

These terms work alongside the Rules. Where they conflict, these terms control.

OverBuild is a public web directory that sells sponsored placements. You pay to list a website, and the amount paid determines how prominently it is displayed — its position on the board and the height of its building on the map.

Listings are paid advertisements. They are not editorial reviews, endorsements, certifications, or an independent ranking of quality.

A payment buys a placement at the position that amount supports at the moment it is confirmed. It does not buy traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, exclusive placement, a guaranteed position for any period of time, search engine ranking, or any particular outcome. Someone else can pay more and stand above you.

This is an advertising service. It is not a game, a contest, a sweepstake, an auction, or an investment product. We may change, pause or discontinue features.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• If you are acting for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and “you” includes that company.
• You must not be barred from receiving services under applicable law, including trade sanctions.

• Checkout is handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment itself. We never receive or store card details.
• Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated and remitted by the payment provider where they apply, and are shown at checkout.
• Minimum $1, no maximum. Payments against the same destination accumulate.
• Completing checkout is an offer to buy a placement on these terms. Position is assigned when payment is confirmed, at whatever position that total then supports. Starting a checkout does not reserve a position.

All payments are final and non-refundable. A placement is a digital service that begins the moment payment is confirmed — the listing is created or its total is raised, and that amount counts on the public board immediately.

Being overtaken later, receiving fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, or a later removal for breaking these terms does not create a refund. Duplicate charges, payments that never produced a listing, and refunds we are legally required to make are reviewed manually.

By completing checkout you ask us to begin this digital service immediately and accept that you give up any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the extent the law allows that waiver. Where a consumer right cannot be waived, we honour it.

If something looks wrong with a payment, message @mustafa_l53 or @husain_j53 before opening a dispute with your bank. We would rather sort it out directly. A dispute raised without a legally required basis is a breach of these terms, and we may remove the listing and refuse future use of the service.

By submitting a URL or a payment, you confirm that:

• You own the destination or are authorised to represent it and to send visitors there.
• You are not listing or adding to a competitor's destination without their authorisation. Because a listing is identified by its destination, anyone can add to one — that is not permission to do it to someone else.
• The listing and its destination comply with applicable law, including advertising, consumer, privacy and intellectual-property rules.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand or company.
• The destination is not malware, phishing, a scam, or a site whose purpose is to deceive visitors.

We do not list gambling (casinos, betting, sportsbooks, lotteries), trading and investment (brokerage, forex, binary options, signals, copy-trading), or adult content. Checkout blocks these where it can recognise them. A listing that gets through is removed as soon as we see it, without a refund.

This is our own policy, applied more strictly than the law requires, and it is not negotiable. Attempting to disguise such a destination — through a redirect, a landing page, or a misleading name — is a breach of these terms and grounds for refusing you future use of the service.

We may refuse, hide or permanently remove any listing, with or without notice, where we believe these terms, the Rules or the law may have been broken, where a rights holder complains, or where a listing creates legal, security or reputational risk.

Removal for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

To run the board we fetch and display publicly available information about listed destinations — names, titles and site icons. We use that material only to identify the listed product and to show visitors where a paid placement leads.

This is intended as nominative use: we use only what is needed to identify the destination, we do not use it as our own brand, and we do not suggest sponsorship or endorsement by the rights holder unless the person listing is that rights holder. OverBuild and the look of the service are ours. You may not scrape the board to build a competing directory.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, cache, reproduce, resize and publicly display your listing and the public information we fetch about it, for as long as needed to operate and promote the service. If you want a listing removed, message @mustafa_l53 or @husain_j53. Removal does not undo a completed payment.

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, or that a listed site is unlawful, message @mustafa_l53 or @husain_j53 with: your name and contact details, the destination in question, a description of the problem, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act.

We may remove or restrict the listing while we review, and may share the notice with whoever listed it. Repeated or abusive notices may be ignored.

Appearing on the board is not our opinion of a product. We do not verify that listed companies, claims or prices are true. Visit counts describe what our systems recorded; they are not audited and are not a promise of any result. What you get depends on your destination, your amount, timing, and factors outside our control.

Outbound links leave overbuild.lol and are marked as sponsored. Those destinations have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

The service is provided as-is. It may be unavailable, slow or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that names, images, positions or visit counts are accurate.

We do not limit liability the law says we cannot limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing that claim concerns, in the three months before the claim.

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your listing, your destination, your payment or a dispute you raise, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights. We may take over the defence of a claim, and you will cooperate.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be displaced — in which case that law still protects you.

• If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands and the invalid part is replaced by the closest valid one.
• Failing to enforce something is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them if the service transfers.
• These terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy and your checkout details form the whole agreement.
• Payments, hosting and analytics involve third parties. Their outages and decisions are outside our control.

We may update these terms. Placements already bought keep the terms they were bought under, and material changes will show in the date at the top. Questions: @mustafa_l53 or @husain_j53.
